• Quality follow-up which includes 4 inspections and a weekly supervision of your production.
  • Preliminary inspection: our quality controllers meet the suppliers and establish technical datasheets in order to anticipate on quality gaps and set the expected quality standards. The role of the quality department is to make sure the vendor has understood and accepted the foreseeable quality issues.
  • Midline inspection: Control your production before the items are finalized to be able to highlight possible modifications and improvements and monitor the finishing and the packing stages.
  • Final inspection: Ultimate control of your production once it is completely finished and packed, to decide if the shipment meets your standards and can be sent.
  • Loading inspection: Control of the sealing of your container and the way your products are handled and stuffed.
  • Weekly follow-up of the quality of your items.

  • Production follow-up: weekly supervision of the progress of your production according to a planning conceived with the vendor before the production starts.
  • Logistic coordination with your forwarder.
  • Administrative coordination: monitoring and supervision of your order.

Product development

Through our trading and buying agency activities, our agents have monitored the development of more than 1200 new references based on original designs. The development of a new product can be part of the whole production follow-up process if it entails a firm order, or can be carried out as an independent operation for 200 USD.

The development of new items is preceded by two meetings with you and the vendor to establish technical datasheets validated and understood by everyone. The development is then coordinated from our office in Delhi and controlled by our agents before being sent to you. Our offer includes the coordination of the whole process from our offices in Delhi without additional costs such as:

• Courier and postage charges
• Operations taking place out of our office in Delhi, at the prices and conditions of a quality inspection.
